The story of Lionsister began with an idea, an idea born back in 2014, but implemented only in 2023. All those years Lionsister team members have spent gaining knowledge and experience in this dynamic field, starting from auditions and ending with the establishment of scaffolding subcontracting branches. After so many years and so many stages, one thing became clear - the market lacks quality, as a result of which the final idea of Lionsister was born: to create a working environment where the relationship between employees and employers would be not only efficient, but also mutually beneficial, would promote time and financial savings and would be based on quality.

Since then, the Lionsister team, guided by the principles of responsibility and dedication, not only conducts large-scale recruitment in the fields of scaffolders, insulators - tinners and ship insulators, but also intensively cooperates to maintain employee loyalty and motivation.
